Online banking is on the rise. It can be convenient, fast and efficient, but it also raises new questions. How can a bank strengthen trust in a world full of apps and screens? To find an answer to this question, the bank-insurer Belfius has commissioned G1000 to organise a citizen debate: the Bankforum. A diverse group of citizens will engage in dialogue and independently formulate recommendations on how to ensure trust in the digitalisation of the banking sector.
